Since 1999, an Adult component has become available. The Program has an early intervention, prevention focus and meets criteria for both mental health promotion and youth suicide prevention activities. The Program aims to produce a sense of resilience, personal growth and acceptance of change in peoples’s lives. The children and young people’s Program deals specifically with change, loss and grief associated with death or family breakdown.
